A Few Words from Maura & Martin to French Property Register.
We first met up with the people from French Property Register in 2005 and prior to this we had been searching for property in France without any success. We arranged a viewing trip in conjunction with a holiday in the Roussillon area. We met with Richard in the lovely Spa town of Amelie Les- Bains where he showed us some properties that were within our budget and had good rental potential. We spent two very enjoyable days in his company looking at different property options and we finally settled on two properties in Amelie Les –Bains. We never felt pressurized at anytime to buy a property, it was a very enjoyable experience throughout. Once we decided to purchase, French Property Register took over from there and organized the mortgage with the French bank and also looked after any renovations that were needed (this work was completed to a high standard) to bring the property to a good rental standard. When the property was ready he organized the rental with the local office and continues to do so.
I would recommend this team of professionals to any of my friends who would like to buy property in France as they have made our dream of owning property in France come true.
